Energetic Sovereignty Clearing Release of Liability

By requesting or participating in an Energetic Sovereignty Clearing session with Sacred Healing Oak Creations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and understandings regarding the nature of this work.

Nature of the Session

Energetic Sovereignty Clearing sessions are spiritual and energetic support services intended to assist with energetic balance, clearing stagnant or disruptive energies, restoring energetic harmony within the individual and/or environment, and supporting spiritual grounding and personal sovereignty.

These sessions may involve intuitive energetic assessment and clearing related to:

  • unwanted energetic attachments

  • energetic cords

  • stagnant or disruptive energies

  • ancestral energetic patterns

  • environmental energetic imbalance

  • spiritual overwhelm

  • energetic interference

  • energetic fragmentation from past experiences

  • energetic protection and spiritual hygiene

Sessions are performed remotely through intuitive energetic practices and spiritual guidance.

Personal Responsibility & Energetic Maintenance

The purpose of a clearing session is to provide energetic support and create a reset within the energetic field and environment. Long-term energetic balance and wellbeing require ongoing personal responsibility, awareness, grounding practices, emotional accountability, and healthy energetic maintenance.

Clients understand that energetic hygiene, emotional awareness, spiritual discernment, mindset, personal choices, and daily practices all contribute to maintaining energetic clarity following a session.

Sacred Healing Oak Creations does not encourage dependency on sessions or repeated clearing work as a substitute for personal responsibility, self-awareness, emotional healing, medical care, psychological support, or professional assistance.

Disclosure of Cleared Energies & Entities

Clients understand and acknowledge that Joanna may identify, clear, or address energetic influences, attachments, disruptive energies, spiritual interference, or unwanted energetic presences during the clearing process.

However, specific details regarding every energy, attachment, entity, influence, or spiritual presence identified or cleared during a session may not be disclosed to the client.

​

This approach is intentional and spiritually guided.

The focus of this work is restoration, energetic balance, clarity, sovereignty, and empowerment, not fear, fixation, obsession, or emotional distress surrounding lower energetic influences. In many cases, Joanna’s spiritual guidance team has instructed that disclosing specific details regarding certain energies or entities may not serve the client’s highest good and may instead create fear-based focus, anxiety, energetic fixation, or reattachment patterns.

By participating in this service, clients acknowledge and accept that:

  • not all findings will necessarily be shared

  • the session is focused on clearing and restoration rather than detailed spiritual explanation

  • Joanna retains discretion regarding what information is intuitively appropriate to disclose

  • the intention of the session is energetic support and empowerment, not fear-based interpretation

No Guarantees

Sacred Healing Oak Creations makes no guarantees regarding:

  • specific spiritual outcomes

  • emotional outcomes

  • physical outcomes

  • relationship outcomes

  • environmental changes

  • financial changes

  • paranormal experiences

  • energetic sensitivity

  • continued energetic protection

  • future energetic attachments or influences

Each individual’s spiritual path, emotional state, energetic awareness, environment, personal choices, and willingness to maintain energetic hygiene are unique.

Results and experiences will vary from person to person.

Client Consent

By participating in this service, the client affirms that:

  • they are voluntarily requesting the session

  • they understand the spiritual and energetic nature of the work

  • they accept full personal responsibility for their interpretations, reactions, choices, and experiences

  • they understand that spiritual and energetic experiences are subjective

  • they release Sacred Healing Oak Creations and Joanna Nesbitt from liability related to perceived energetic, emotional, spiritual, environmental, or personal outcomes connected to the session

Release of Liability

By booking or participating in any Energetic Sovereignty Clearing session, the client voluntarily releases and holds harmless Sacred Healing Oak Creations and Joanna Nesbitt from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, emotional distress, perceived spiritual experiences, or consequences arising from participation in these services.

Clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion and personal responsibility.
