Cancellation Policy
If within the first 15 minutes you do not wish to move forward with the session, a full refund will be issued. After this timeframe, the refund amount will be assessed at the healer's discretion. I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to accommodate reschedules when possible. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me as far in advance as you can. Rescheduling can be done once without any additional fees, or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties. If I am unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your scheduled session start time (via the contact information you provided) you will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, you will receive a 50% refund, minus payment processing fees, after a 3-day grace period, allowing time for you to contact me if you wish to reschedule instead.
