Nature of Services I understand that the services provided by Joanna Nesbitt, Healer and Shamanic Practitioner of Sacred Healing Oak Creations LLC, may include energy-based and spiritual modalities such as Reiki, shamanic practices, New Paradigm MDT, tuning fork therapy, chakra balancing, cord cutting, and other intuitive tools intended to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or mental health care. Joanna Nesbitt does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or mental health condition, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Each experience is personal and guided by the client’s own inner process. Acknowledgment & Consent By booking a session, I acknowledge and agree that: • I am voluntarily seeking intuitive and energy-based services. • I understand results may vary and no outcomes are guaranteed. • I acknowledge that Joanna Nesbitt does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. • I accept responsibility for my own physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual responses during and after the session. • I understand it is my responsibility to seek licensed medical or psychological care when needed. Confidentiality All sessions are held in confidence. Personal information will not be shared without consent, except where required by law. Booking & Intake Sessions are booked in advance through the online system. An intake form and disclosure form are required prior to your session. Appointments require at least 24 hours notice when booking, unless an emergency session is arranged separately. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Emergencies are handled with care and communication is appreciated. If I am unable to reach you within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled session and have not heard from you, a $25 inconvenience fee may apply. Late arrivals will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Session Format Sessions are available via Zoom or in person. For Zoom sessions, please prepare a quiet space and stable internet connection. Questions You are welcome to reach out with questions prior to booking.
