Cancellation Policy

If within the first half of the reading you are wishing to stop, due to dissatisfaction, you can be refunded half of the service price. If the customer is seeking a refund due to dissatisfaction, they must let the reader know within the first half of the session (within the first 30 minutes for a 60 minute session and within the first 15 minutes for a 30 minute session).
